"They actually had my size, for once"
I was surprised they still had the size I needed in stock, because I feel like that’s always the thing that’s sold out whenever I shop online. Checkout was easy, which I appreciated, and the page wasn’t confusing like some sites can be. I’m just glad I didn’t have to deal with another restock email or keep checking back over and over again, because that gets really annoying

"Refund came through, but it took too long"
I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine, but it was definitely slower than I expected. I kept waiting and checking, and it just felt like it took too long. The refund did come through in the end, but the whole process was just slower than it should’ve been.

"Nice little necklace, and the details check out"
I ordered a necklace from RockLove and, i spent way too much time inspecting the tiny details when it arrived. I was mostly worried about whether the metal was actually legit, so the first thing I did was look for the sterling mark, and it was there just like the site said. I’ve worn it a few times now and it hasn’t turned my skin green, dulled in a weird way, or left any odd marks around my neck. The weight is nice too — not heavy, but definitely not that super-light costume jewelry feeling. Even the clasp feels decent and not flimsy. Shipping was normal, nothing dramatic. Overall, I’m happy with it...

I ordered a piece from RockLove Jewelry and thought the pricing was fair. It’s not super cheap, but when I had it in hand, the quality felt worth it, especially the little details and finish. Shipping was normal too, nothing weird or delayed. I’d definitely order again if another design catches my eye

I got a ring from rocklove and I’m actually impressed. It feels solid and sorta has that nice weight to it, not cheap at all. The details are clean, and it’s held up well after I’ve worn it a bunch. Overall, I’m really happy with the quality.

"Fun fandom designs, but a little hit or miss"
I do like some of the fandom pieces, they’re cute, fun, and don’t feel too childish. That said, a few of the designs were a bit overdone for my taste. Not saying it’s a scam, but I wouldn’t say every piece is as cool as it looks at first glance. Overall, decent, just kind of mixed for me

"Holding Up Way Better Than I Expected"
I bought a necklace from RockLove Jewelry a few months ago, i figured it might start tarnishing by now. But it still looks really nice, even though I wear it all the time and sometimes forget to take it off. No green marks, no dull color, nothing weird so far. For the price and quality, I’d say it was definitely worth it, and I’m happy with the purchase.

It took longer than I expected to arrive, and for a minute I was starting to wonder if my package had been sucked into some secret shipping black hole or rerouted through a hidden warehouse somewhere. But it did eventually show up, and everything was fine when it got here.

The ring looks really nice in person, and a few people mentioned theirs fit fine, but mine definitely ran smaller than expected. I ended up having to exchange it, which was a little annoying. Still a cute ring overall, just maybe consider sizing up...

I really like RockLove because their jewelry doesn’t feel like the same stuff you see on every other site. A lot of the designs are unique and fun, so I spent way too long deciding what to get. "Resolved Eventually, But I Had to Keep Pushing"
I had an issue with my order getting help was more frustrating than it should’ve been. Support was slow to respond, and I had to follow up more than once before I got a clear answer. At one point it felt like I had to escalate the complaint just to get someone to actually look into it properly. To be fair, they did eventually fix the problem, and the jewelry itself was fine. But the whole experience felt like I was chasing them the entire time, so I’m not in a hurry to order again.

I preordered a necklace from RockLove, and yeah... it definitely took a while to ship, but I kind of expected that with a preorder. The updates weren’t super frequent, but they were enough that I wasn’t really worried. When it finally showed up, it was packaged really nicely and looked just like the photos. The quality feels solid too. I’d order again, honestly, just, you know, don’t expect preorder items to arrive quickly.
